I’m a Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of experience helping organizations create learning that truly works for the people it’s meant to serve. These days, my focus is on the big picture--building systems, leading teams, and making sure every solution has a lasting impact.

Over the years, I’ve guided instructional design teams, set content standards, coached writers and designers, and launched tools that are both effective and accessible. I thrive on connecting the dots across departments, turning strategy into action, and putting the right structures in place so teams can do their best work.

When I’m not designing learning experiences, you’ll find me running, watching women’s basketball, or practicing my new sewing skills.
